Does this home have two independent driveways and the land subdivided with separate titles .
Do you have the new local council zoning plans that allow for redevelopment.
Previously only corner or large blocks with a wider frontage were approved for duplexes .
I am concerned as the streets near Pacific Fair are crowded .
