From a practical perspective the plan: Swaps the car parks between Lots 708A (First Storey Diagram 1e) and 321A (Mezzanine Level, Diagram M3) Combine storage cages 603A and 701A, then transfer to Lot 1202B (Mezzanine Level, Diagram M1). Transfer 1202B¿¿¿s storage cage to 1502C (Mezzanine Level Diagram M2) Subdivide part of 1502C creating storage cages for 603A and 701A (Mezzanine Level, Diagram M6).
