We don’t need another childcare in our area that would be 4 in our immediate area.

How bout a local skate park pump track as people like to excercise in the area and would get more neighbourhood use as we have to travel to bracken ridge and it’s overcrowded with people

Or major shopping centre which is proposed for near cairns rd

Griffin High school for where all these children from the childcare’s are going to need to go to??

Agreed with previous comment, another childcare centre is not required and there will literally be on across the road from this. There is also another one coming on the corner of Brays Rd & Henry Road.

We need to keep some green space, I agree a skate park or exercise circuit equipment, dog park... play ground or waterpark like Petrie have etc.
Otherwise something that is more beneficial for the community as a whole. Not just one demographic.

Would be great to also increase family restaurants in the area, or activity centres etc.

Don't get your hopes up that the Council will listen to any of these suggestions. Despite strong objections by local residents they approved construction of more units on Brays Rd near the first Riverbreeze roundabout, now they are going to add to the congestion by approving an un-needed childcare centre on the corner. They claim transparency but the MBRC don't care what the locals want.
