I live across the road from this block and am concerned that any proposed building should be consistent with our area! (Not higher than its neighbours please, built at the minimum setback with gardens to the bulk of the front of the property to blend it in, in colors and materials as prescribed in the Dromana Township Plan)
Also please ensure there is no viewing platform from the roof as that would be inconsistent with our area, and intrude on the amenity of surrounding homes.
