re: 22 Skewes St (580sqm) Avondale Heights 3030
As Skewes St is under the Melbourne Airport environment Overlay my understanding was that Dual dwelling on property in this area, less than 600sqm was not possible.
Can you please advise if this law has now changed, as the above property is under 600sqm.
