In relation to the proposed Use and development of a Childcare centre, car parking dispensation and vegetation removal, at 37 Durham road Kilsyth, the Concerns of all residents of my household regarding this proposal, are mainly that of 'insufficient customer car parking, inapt street parking and increased single lane Traffic congestion and as a consequence, the following 2 points:
1. the slowing down of normal traffic flow & speeds, especially on the crest of the hill
that is beside 37 Durham Road.
2. The inevitable increased risk of injury to people resulting from the increased risk of
vehicle accident/s- within that same hill crest vicinity.

We say that because, today, in person, we seen vehicles parked on both sides of Durham road, spanning about 75% along side the EBReserve to the East of 37 Durham rd, and right back in a West direction, along and beyond the 37 Durham rd. hill crest vicinity, and that is without the presence of a multi-level childcare Centre at that location.

Those are our concerns. We did take 'dated' photographs today of those parked vehicles that we've mentioned above & any Yarra Ranges Council representative is welcome to copies of those photographs from us, for their observation.

Thank You
