The proposed development at 41-45 A'beckett Street Melbourne 3000 should not be exempt from the provision of bicycle parking. The area is popular with cyclists and the lack of bicycle parking at this building will force visitors to crowd the neighbouring building's parking.

The CBD need more space for people along with increased bicycle parking and infrastructure.
