Good morning
Demolition has started on this application and we have not been told about it. We live 10 metres away and walk past this house every week. Not only have we not been notified formally, but there has not been a notification of any intended demolition or construction at the site.
How can this happen?
We are now faced with a 2 storey building looking directly into our living space that we have not been notified about.

I’m guessing this is illegal and would require a trip to HQ and request to speak to the Duty Planner. Every affected house should have been notified. Particularly if it affects your amenity. Speak to your local Councillor and precinct coordinator.
