Hard to believe Council are allowing further subdivsion in this already overcrowded street. It is a narrow dead end street with already multiple strata and units on this street that have inadequate on site parking, making far too many park on both sides of Mahony Road, making it single lane with no areas to pass either way during after hour times. The top bend/ corner near No 20 is a dangerous corner, as with cars parked here you cannot see vehicles coming in either direction. Considering there is no footpath in this area and the residents use the walkway at the end of Mahony Rd to go up to Constitution Hill Rd, its only time before there is a serious pedestrian / vehicle accident. There are vehicles parked illegally in the turn bay and across property owners driveways at the end of this street already, more subdivision with insufficient onsite parking is crazy. Please rethink the parking and maybe put markings on the road to keep residents driveways accessible and the bend in the road clear, for the safety of those who walk and live in this street.
