The demolition of this property should not occur. Previous planning applications required preservation at minimum the facade and setback. This house is part of the fabric of Bendigo Street Richmond. Please don’t let the proposal go through to the keeper.

Please keep the fabic and visual history of the streets in Richmond. It is not acceptable to disregard the history of the inner suburbs of Melbourne. Back to the drawing board with the aim to keep the facade and the setback.
