There is a large, healthy, native paperbark tree in the backyard on the boundary with 15 Duncan St. This tree is always full of birdlife & will offer some privacy for the residents of 15 Duncan St, as the top floor bedroom on the proposed plans will be able to look straight into 3 living rooms of 15 Duncan St, which will mean a complete lack of privacy.
The tree needs to be remain for the local birdlife & also the privacy it will offer.
