The addition of solar panels qualifies as a VicSmart planning application meaning that it is determined in 10 working days provided all required information is submitted. VicSmart applications are not subject to advertising or objectors. You will need to lodge a copy of the plans and a copy of the title and title plan for the site through the e-planning portal.
