I object to this application - there are already too many townhouses being built for one thing, however the removal of the vegetation application is absurd, especially when it is part of an erosion management overlay. The sizes of these homes are going to be shoeboxes and the vacancy rates of similar properties in the area indicate that they are not lived in my owner occupiers and left empty for months on end as renters don't want to live in them. I moved to Pascoe Vale for the trees and larger blocks. If I wanted to live surrounded by teeny townhouses, I would have moved to Brunswick. Enough is enough.

This seems excessive. The erosion overlay is there to preserve vegetation in a sensitive area. This continual allowance for over development by council is undermining the positives of pascoe vale very quickly and to the detriment of the whole community.
