This is probably too late now, Another apartment block. Taking away character and heritage. No value in Melbourne’s architectural history…. Makes me very sad.
Developers are not artist or dreamers. These buildings are amazing opportunities to create something inspiring. They still could still be apartments. Working with the building and not against it.
