Dear Brisbane City Council,

Please allow me to express concern regarding Application A005698521.
The properties on Hornsey Road do not have etiquette drainage to support a large commercial operation. During minimum rainfall the end of the street receives large flooding that the council have to manual remove blockages.

I would like the applicant to detail the chemicals used in the operation and how this will be managed to ensure the area is still respected. In the Application and the proposal it doesn't mention this at all.
