Hi there, this particular stretch of road on Littler Dr often has near accidents with cars having to go wide around cars parked on the left hand side of the road but unable to see what cars are coming in the opposite direction from Caspar St. I am concerned that if three houses are allowed to be built in this location, more cars will be parked on this road than is typical of the current single dwelling.
There is concern for congestion with the chicane with three household's worth of cars (as many households have more than the one car that can fit on single driveways or have guests, contractors etc requiring street parking).

Congestion was caused by visitors not parking in the driveway of previous home. Other homes in immediate vicinity have similar issue. Traffic management needs to be reviewed. Parking off street is going to be an issue.
Three is too many. Think about parking for current and future residents, let alone when they have visitors / tradies etc visit. There is no room for all those cars to be safely on the street.
This development needs to review parking issues - no cars allowed on road etc.
They don't care about anything mentioned in previous comments. All about the money 💰 🤑
Development will go ahead, neighbours and new owners will just have to live with it.
Three is too many, Too many cars will be parked in the street is a safety concern.
not only that 1 into 2 or 3 is two to many what is happing in our lovely leafy suburb
it means no room for lawns /trees etc an ecology disaster.
The decision documents attached to this application refer to another property: 1 Rawe Court, Redwood Park. Could the correct documents be attached. The status of this development is unclear. Has there been any regard for the feedback given?
Can traffic management please be considered for this section of road. It is narrow & congested with nearby corners, intersection & slow point chicanes. Can off street parking bays be installed.
I am concerned about the possibility of invasion of privacy for other residents with buildings height
& the look of the neighbourhood with 3 homes being squeezed onto 1 block.
