There has been no movement or change on this site for 12 months since the application was approved
In the meantime the vandals are still destroying the heritage building, with more graffiti on the outside walls recently
On the assumption that nothing new will be built here by the developer, is there anything that Council can do to protect the building from being empty and further decay?
