14 Additional Lots (Office Suites) trigger more parking require in specific area which is share with common parking in sapphire square hence additional 14 office suite which will at least one person and one visitor , minimum 28 car park require , requirement can be more then this in reality , permission to this will restrict other neighbour business to operator with less parking available to them ,all property in this planning are now titled , separate notice and permission must be gain from each owner to allow this to go ahead . council must consider other business operation in same premises first ,before developer own interest of resale. Additional 14 Additional Lots (Office Suites) create big parking issue , and with can not be fulfilled with share parking capacity at currently available in same premises
