We turn George St into a boulevard then allow a hotel to take up half the space created?! The merit? It blocks food delivery riders racing up a pedestrian thoroughfare! No justification. No constraints. No time limits. No trial proposed. All pedestrians are left with is the same crowded footpath. This will set a huge precedent if allowed through as planned.
