The demolition of what existing buildings? I live next door and there have been no buildings there for at least 6 months. Can't understand why you are now asking for comments because clearly this development is now "set in stone" and has been for a long time. There is no chance of stopping it so why the pretence that a comment would make a difference. Three of those properties that are no longer there, that you state are going to be demolished, sit on the border fence of my own property at 10 El Alamein Avenue. The development is way too high and should be in keeping with the height of the developments on this particular block which is bordered by El Alamein Ave, Anderson Avenue, Moore Street and Hillier Road. There has been absolutely no consultation with anyone and I have been living her for over 25 years.
Just another case of property owners being squeezed out by developers. It's happening all over Liverpool and shame on Liverpool City Council for allowing it to happen without consultation with people who live near this development.
