Three storey building is totally unsuited to the visual line along Point Nepean Rd Dromana. The overdevelopment of the site will create a huge monolith look. Building will have huge visual impact on residents south/south east of the site.

Yes , a most un necessary development.
A third story is excessive and not within keeping of the area.

Agreed with previous comments, dromana has a low line coastal residence and this development goes against the current character of the peninsula. The 66 apartments is not necessary and will encourage other developments alike. We strongly disapprove.

I don't agree with the third storey extension, at the moment there are no three storey buildings at Dromana especially along Nepean Hwy. If this development is allowed, it would set a precedent for future three storey developments.

A 3 storey apartment development is out of scale and character for our area. A maximum 2 storey limit should still apply across the suburb to retain the existing amenity, with careful regard to preserving established setbacks and vegetation requirements, that everyone else abides by.
Please do NOT allow a 3 storey development.

A 3 storey development in dromana is totally out of character for this area. I totally agree with Linda Morrison please do not allow - it will also set the pace for others to follow. 2 storey should be the limit. Please consider and save our beautiful little township .

I personally see a three story apartment building to replace what has been an empty, ugly vacant lot for several years as an improvement on the existing site.
Times are changing and there will be changes in Dromana inevitable as more people see the advantage of living in Dromana and either commuting elsewhere or working from home.

I misunderstood the whereabouts of the proposed construction,
I was wrong, my apologies.

I oppose this development proposal on the site which has been vacant for many years. This was once the Golden Fleece petrol station and roadhouse (a restaurant like facility as part of the site). The site has been fenced for off some years since the demolition of previous restaurant and petrol station.

Are there any height restrictions on this site? 2 storeiy should be the maximum..

Let's hope a more suitable proposal is forthcoming.

Two storey would be OKs similart to some other buildings but not 3 storey. Allow one 3 storey then others will follow which would turn the centre of Dromana along Pt Nepeaan road into an eyesore and kill the beach and bayside ambiance of the area. If one is allowed there may well be follow.n,
