I fully support this proposal. I have observed similar interventions activating the streets in the area at a time when tourist activity is low. I live in Windmill Street and know that The Hero of Waterloo is well managed by Kazuko Nelson who has fostered a terrific relationship with the local residents. Although there will be a small number of car parking spaces lost, the streets are not usually parked out (with the infrequent exception of special events).
