I strongly object to Condev's Community Management Statement on page 112. The plans show signage and objects in front of 450 Main Street, Kangaroo Point. At present they have two large orange barriers which are NOT necessary and are causing havoc with reversing cars from 450 Main Street, Kangaroo Point. The council bin trucks are also having difficulty collecting the rubbish bins from 450 Main Street, Kangaroo Point. The Ubers, food delivery drivers and Taxi who collect and drop people off to 430, 450 and 470 Main Street all pull up in front of 450 Main Street, Kangaroo Point. Coming home to 450 Main Street the other day (have photos to prove it) there was a congestion with Ubers, food delivery drivers and tenants trying to get into 450 Main Street, Kangaroo Point. Because of the two large barriers in front of 450 Main Street, Kangaroo Point (which are NOT NECESSARY) it lead me to park on the road and wait until the congestion subsided. This is is very dangerous and unlike their Community Management Statement, Main Street is a very busy road. I have been hit twice at the front of Main Street as people go from the middle land to the outside lane at high speeds. The barriers have been overturned twice and stayed that way for several days and I have seen the council bin trucks nudge them on many occasions. THEY ARE NOT NECESSARY AND I DO NOT WANT ANY BARRIERS OR TRAFFIC SIGNS OR ANY DROP OFF SUPPLY TRUCKS IN FRONT OF 450 MAIN STREET KANGAROO POINT now or during the build. It is already such a dangerous situation which is causing havoc. I built 450 Main Street and NOT ONCE did I put anything on the side of 470 Main Street, Kangaroo Point and I had a much smaller block.
