The continued use of public space to allow this project to completely overdevelop this site is disappointing. The fact that excessive concessions were provided this development to completely exceed setbacks appears to be one of the reasons there is virtually full time use of road space to enable this development to continue. We have made submissions to the BCC about the over use of road facilities but we have not been provided any response. Now we have the opportunity to provide public roads for the developer to mix concrete! Wow - I wonder what public concessions and donations the developer intends to make to the local community.
