To whom this may concern,

myself and some of the other home owners on tucker street have genuine concerns about the development of any large commercial buildings being erected. This is grounded on the fact but not limited to that it may effectively block out total sunlight, create noise pollution, and diminish the value of our properties. This imposition would arguable amount to what maybe considered as tortious conduct & an unacceptable trespassing of proprietorial rights.
