- Modification Application - S4.55(2) Other modifications - Construction of a two storey detached dual occupancy with Torrens title subdivision into two lots with an outbuilding on each lot - As per mentioned in the DA consent point 37, we had submitted all the plans and relevant details to TfNSW for approval. However, they were not convinced with the forward-in forward-out movement of vehicles proposed by us and suggested to replan the driveway. To satisfy this and have an easy movement we had to increase the front setback also separate the driveways for both the lots. We propose to use the existing driveway for lot 1 and a new driveway for lot 2 - 266 Great Western Hwy Wentworthville NSW 2145
