I’m not sure what this amended plan is for. It appears to be for the old P.O. and I wonder if it is a case of put in one plan and when it has been approved vary it to what the developer wanted in the first place.

I agree with the above/previous comment, this seems to be developers new tuck, get a DA that will get approved and come back later with amendments that wouldn't get through in the first place while no one is looking at it anymore ?

I agree with all of the above. 2 storey is the height level in Bondi. The developer's need to adhere to the Bondi resident's decisions and not their individual need for greed at the expense of the community.
