1. Planning of this development strongly objected.

   Residents located on Bowden St are directly impacted that would provide impact to noise and privacy of residents.

   In proposal many comparable businesses were highlighted this new restaurant/café should follow there operating model. Examples as follows:
   - Italian St Kitchen does not have any outdoor seating. Hours during the week are limited until 9:30pm with weekend (Fri/Sat) only until 10pm. This does not match the proposed 10am Mon to Sun.
   - Fork and Spoon which is similar Café and does not operate at night
   - Cedrus only outdoor seating is heavily sheltered and faces directly away from other apartments
   - Bay fitness located in shopping centre, unrelated business model as it is a Gym and should be excluded from this proposal
   - Midori sushi is an internal take-away inside shopping centre with no outdoor seating and is not a comparable operating business
