I support this. It’s been lovely to see the Potts Point Hotel buzzing with life in the last couple of weeks after months of stagnation in Springfield Plaza. I’d like to see the buzz continue.
It also seems fair. I’ve been sitting outside after a meal at night and been moved on because they’ve been closing the outdoor area, only to walk down Llankelly Place and see everyone there still sitting outside drinking and chatting at their tables. It seems unreasonable that the pub has to close its outside dining earlier than its neighbours.
