Another money grab by the GCCC. What happens to all the people who purchased units when the law at the time stated nothing on the beach goes beyond 4 stories ? I guess we just sit back and watch our properties lose value all for the greed of developers. One would think the developers were in partnership with council as anything gets approved these days.
