I’m happy for these developments to go ahead in the Genoa St/Cannes Court locality, but more provision needs to be made for visitor parking in these developments. Street parking is already fully utilised. They should be made to provide 2 visitor parks per 10 units. So for this development it would mean a minimum of 16 visitor car parks.
