DA/642/2020 Summit Care Frenchman's Road Randwick.
*** One resident of Frenchmans Road thought that the DA sign on the gate of their bungalow next to the Care Home was just for the bungalow, Not for DEMOLITION and redevelopment of the whole site.****
There are some good points about this development.
However, such a big development being notified so close to the Christmas holiday break is unfair. Residents need time to assess how this large development will affect them.
There are some very technical notices and attachments to this DA which need careful consideration.
RCC needs to allow residents and interested parties extra time to properly assess the impact of this development.
