Concept Development for the whole site comprising 3 commercial buildings (Building A, B & C equating to 37,542m2 GFA), including detailed application for Stage 1 to enable demolition and construction of Building A (GFA of 11,639m2 - office & café). A further separate detailed DA for Stage 2 will be submitted at a later date and in accordance with the approved Concept DA. A Voluntary Planning Agreement is also proposed. The above proposal is integrated development under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, as the subject site may requires a dewatering licence. The relevant approval body is WaterNSW. The application will be referred to the Sydney North Planning Panel constituted under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 for determination as the capital investment value exceeds $30 million.
