The sites also have a frontage to Foley Street, Crown Street, and Palmer Street.

    I object to this development on the following grounds:
    - The proposed vertical additions are higher than permitted within the development standard
    - the proposed vertical additions are not in keeping with the heritage status of the buildings and would be visually intrusive
    - the vertical additions are largely intended to allow the addition of new commercial/office space. This is not needed in the current business climate and runs counter to council's plan to make Oxford Street a cultural precinct
