The Gums are becoming rare, trees are being removed all across Sydney, we are warned NOT to do this. The Trees are important; the photo shows a space that will be bare if the trees are removed.
I’ll have another look and see why they can’t be kept. It will be very bare without them!

Why are the trees being removed? I am noticing that we are seeing fewer documents providing background. Could WCC staff please ensure that reasons for removal are included. Trees are a community resource and part of the urban canopy we need to keep temperatures down, clear the air and provide habitat and food for local wildlife.
