Please don't allow this. If the owners want to subdivide insure their keeping the original house intact as the last thing this area needs is a) The loss of this houses beautiful large trees and b) the loss of a charming 40s house thats character can never be recreated, it's disgraceful you keep allowing developers to cause permanent damage to our areas character and history.
