Unless there are extenuating reasons the trees should be retained and trimmed rather than removed.
West Chatswood features important tree canopy which should be retained at all costs.

This Application should not be approved unless the tree poses a threat to life or the existing property on the grounds that trees help to mitigate harmful Greenhouse gas levels which in turn are threatening climate change and runaway global warming.
