    How many parking spaces are planned for the apartments? and medical centre?

    Parking in Camberwell Road near this proposed development is already at a premium because of the Toyota staff parking.....I only hope the planning department at Boroondara does its due diligence before recommending any approvals.

    Parking is a HUGE issue as building permits are regularly given with ‘reduced car parking spaces’. Collings Street is already at parking capacity or will they use the land behind in the lane way. This lane way is the narrowest lane way in Boroondara. $6.5M for 14 apartments plus medical centre is screaming cheap build applying for REDUCED CAR PARKING. Plus stress on the services in this area.

    Dear Mr Simon Mitchell, I have sent you an email requesting details about the exact nature of the development.
    “14 apartments and a medical centre” is a bit vague seeing there are two parcels of land. One in Camberwell Road and one behind in the lane way.
    During the Covid pandemic I am unable to go to your office so have requested email of details of breakdown on these parcels of land.
