And here were we hoping beyond hope, that the parasitic developers wouldn't get their grubby little hands on this little gem of art deco history with a small adjacent urban oasis. How gullible were we to think that!
Of course they would pay whatever it took to get it, & add probably an additional 20 more apartments to what should have never been allowed. Living in a building with a huge magnetic transformer below (a known cancer cause) residents should seriously never consider buying apartments there. English Street & Railway Parade is another potentially serious health risk to residents adjacent to huge amounts of magnetic radiation.
