I am concerned that with so much construction of blocks of flats in the area the traffic will become more of a nightmare than it already is.

Another big development is NOT what Burge street needs.This development will only create even more chaos with traffic and parking issues in Burge Street and the surrounding streets.
How Big is the development going to be. Its one thing after another. We need to have a local representative who can raise concerns regarding these kinds of matters with the relevant bodies. Many of us want to have a say but we dont know how.
Shocking this has been approved! The trucks, the noise, the traffic in Burge Street, the lack of parking etc etc.
I agree with the other residents comments that this decision to approve this DA will impact everyone in the area by increasing traffic on already heavily congested roads (eg Old South Head Road) that can't handle this level of new high density development without making some major changes to the road and transport infrastructure.
