Here we go again.
Why does Council even consider developers that continually get approvals for one thing then put in an application to increase it with a variation.
The developers should be told no variations are permitted.
Then we will see from the start what the end project is really going to be.

I object to this variation. There is no justification for it, and no reason why extra apartments should be allowed in an already over-developed area. There is a definite pattern of Developers putting in an application, and later on requesting variations to expand what was originally approved.
