Agree with the trading hours but waste management to the street bin along Bourke Street should be managed by Woolworths especially on weekends when it is always overflowing come morning time. There is also no provision for recycling. It appears the majority of waste is generated by people coming out of Woolworths with their products and the current bin is inadequate nor helpful for recycling.
