Too many houses without infrastructure. Annangrove road/ windsor rd, annangrove road junction with withers rd & Edwards rd - all are super busy all the day all the time. Shame on the council.

This should not be approved.
Majority of the Annangrove land is used as agricultural/light industrial and now some commercial/retail.

49 lots, average 2 vehicles per home. That’s 98 vehicles. Has the council realised how chaotic the traffic is now on Whithers road and Windsor Road, due to all this development in box hill?!
These roads were originally designed for acreage/agricultural residencies, surely this cant be approved?!

I don’t understand how council can keep approving these developments without proper infrastructure. Council should approve these developments AFTER the roads have been widened and upgraded. My guess is not one Counciller lives in or around these areas...if they did, then the roads definitely would of been done FIRST... This is appalling!!
