The premises at 8-10 Taylor Street, Darlinghurst are operated as a Gay Male Sauna, trading as BODYLINE.
Considering the fact that there are ample licenced premises within walking distance of this address and the fact that Bodyline is located within a highly residential neighbourhood I can see no legitimate reason for this business to supply alcohol to people who visit this establishment. I am of the opinion that ample options for the consumption of alcohol exist close to these premises and there is no need for duplication.
