Why so much high density building in this area? Too much loss of large canopy trees. What kind of trees are being lost for concrete? We need to keep our trees. We don't need more people moving into this area. What % of the land is being left open? For Maroondah to remain green and leafy, open land must be left on every site to allow for rain to permeate into the land. As a member of the Croydon Conservation Society I object to this application if it reduces open land to less than 30%.
