We have concerns relating to the Development Application for 1 Bradstone Road, Carrara, and the proposal for a flood free access point driveway via Bradstone Road and “future industrial activities”. We believe this will have a detrimental effect on our local community, particularly on the amenity of the area, the environment, and the likelihood of increased traffic noise. We would oppose the application.

We oppose the development for 1 Bradstone Road, Carrara. We believe the development of an industrial activities within residential zones will have a detrimental effect on the community, environment and current infrastructure. Acces to and from the area is limited by 2 access roads that currently don't cope with traffic during peak times. Bringing this type of development into the residential areas will have an impact on safety and security with increased activity. Possible heavy vehicle interactions with light vehicles, pedestrians and a specialty children. We do not support this development.
