Amend the permit for the development under construciton to allow the following: - Reduce car parking by 11 spaces - Decrease dwelling numbers from 132 to 131 resulting in a revised dwelling mix of one bedroom apartments increasing from 25 to 34, the number of 2 bedroom apartments increasing from 33 to 36 and the number of 3 bedroom plus apartments decreasing from 74 to 61 apartments. -Increase the number of internal home office units from 15 to 20 and reduce size of café/restaurant accordingly -Reconfigure basement levels internally - Reduce the setback of rear building by 3.5m at level 3 and 1.7m at level 6. - Introduce a wing wall abutting the corner of the building to the east of 17 The Esplanade - Delete external shade screening from the Northwest and Northeast facades of Buildings A and C; and delete condition 1 (h) which requires that screening
