I can understand from the application that some trees are causing damage. However, the removal of large trees such as the pines does significantly reduce the tree canopy in the area at a time when we need to retain this canopy to deal with climate change. I would hope that some at least might be retained and that replacement trees are required to be planted elsewhere on the property.
