Due to the chimney being built in 1938 as an outlet valve for a copper boiler in the basement below units 5 & 6 and as the boiler has not been in operation got decades the Owners Corporation Committee requests approval to demolish and cap the chimney. May we please request this is referred to your Heritage Consultant for a preliminary review
