I'm thinking this must be an error as there is no way that 2 detatched homes would fit in such a narrow lot. If this isn't an error and the plan is to demolish the existing terrace than it is certainly overdevelopment.

How has this been accepted? The block is small for one residence let alone a duplex. There is a duplex two doors down and it is on a much wider block. I object to this development as I don’t want my neighbourhood to turn into Newtown.

I would like to know how these 2 detached houses have been approved for development on such a narrow block of land? They cause shadows on the neighbouring houses as the garage are on the boundary line and over crowd the street with more parked cars on the road we are already overcrowded.
This is overdevelopment and the neighbourhood is becoming over crowded.
